I met her in July,

and by August we had fallen in love.

We married on Sept. 26, 2008,

This kinda sums it all up. This is what can happen if you rush into a marriage.

The woman was very smart and the man was not.

She could walk up to you people and tell you everything she said to me and my mom, and tell you that she used me, and you still whine and pule on this forum and look for silly excuses to attack me, like a video of friends at a camp making fun of someone because their girlfriend farted during sex LMFAO. If you were there, you wouldve laughed to! JUST OWN IT!!! The farting has absolutely nothing to do with my "wife" committing marriage, but you still use it to try and belittle me! LMFAOLMFAOLMFAO. Pulling at strings on the internet......I love it!

"Your Honor, his wife did not use him for immigration benefits and she did not commit immigration marriage fraud, because he is crazy cuz he and his friend were picking on their other friend because his girlfriend farted during a sexual act. They were making weird noises. That makes them all "crazy", he has a medical problem! His wife is innocent, even though she signed a contract to commit this crime and willingly admitted to her mother in law her position during the marriage. CASE DISMISSED!!!"

HAHAAHAHAAH aAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA AHAHAHAHAAAA

I will only respond to intelligent, respectful posts now. I will not entertain judgements and attacks. feelinglucky, the only latest news is she perjured herself to the judge during the last hearing.

If I post about farting, will you respond to that?

She firmly stated she had self-petitioned and had legal work authorization. I have the transcript of the hearing. She does not have work authorization, and upon leaving the court, she promptly quit her job after realizing she had committed perjury. Her pattern of deception continues.....

Dude, for that you would have to be intelligent and respectful. You are not. FAIL.

If you watch a video clip of William Haung (american idol) you can see right away that he isn't quite normal, you don't need medical credentials when it's so obvious. If you want to know exactly what is wrong, that's when you need someone with credentials. We don't need credentials to tell you, you ain't quite right, for a complete diagnosis and treatment, talk to a professional.

I brought your old posts forward for a different reason than what you think.

Your wife doesn't need to file a VAWA petition to adjust her status via your marriage. She can file based upon the bonafides of the marriage at the time it transpired. What has gone down the pike since then is irrelevant - if the marriage was bonafide she may well be able to successfully file.

You indicate by your posts that it was bonafide at the time. There are photographs, etc. to prove that. I imagine your wife possesses these photos and other evidence.

Of course, your lawyer has probably already informed you of this, which is why you are fighting so hard to have the marriage 'annulled'. You know your wife might be able to prove the marriage was bonafide at the time it transpired. Since you are hell-bent on not only making sure she is your ex but also that she is your deported ex, it's important to you that her claims of a legitimate marriage be quashed by an 'annulment'.

The photos are publically available on the Internet. Also from his blog entries he states that they were initially in love and happily married.

Yes it all becomes clearer now.

Why not just let her go? I don't think having the marriage annulled will affect whether she can adjust her status or not. As has been pointed out, there may be enough proof of you two entering into a bonafide marriage; the fact that it went sour real quick (at least for you) may not have a bearing on what USCIS thinks. Sri. I'd suggest you just erase all of this from your mind and get on with the fishing.

He won't respond because you are only posting serious questions. He stated earlier in the posts he what he considered rational and legitimate questions. Farting seemed a subject he was comfy with. :jest: So er... let 'em rip.

"Photos", do not bona fie a marriage. Bank records, insurance records, children!! These types of things bona fie a relationship!

BZZZZ. Wrong answer, again. In legal terms, you are very incorrect. Pictures, in and of themselves, do not PROVE legitimate bonafide marriage, it may although prove an actual relationship of some sort. The marriage WAS NOT entered into by my wife for the reasons of true and sincere love, commitment and companionship. The marriage was entered into under false pretenses, by way of deception and collusion, for the sole purpose of obtaining immigration benefits. Thus rendering it null & void from its very inception. Would my wife have entered into an actual MARRIAGE, a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN TWO PARTIES, after 2 months of knowing someone, if she were already a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident? Hmmmm, something tells me NOPE! And the consensus is the same all around. The marriage was ENTERED IN TO for other reasons besides legitimate love and companionship. My "wife" has no proof of legitimate marriage, because there is none. No joint interests, none whatsoever. My wonderful immigrant "wife" was a separate entity/party during this fraudulent marriage. No joint bank accounts, no joint credit accounts, no joint assets, no joint bills/expenses, no joint insurance policies, no children, no joint ANYTHING. NOTHING at all whatsoever. Got it? Ok, carrying on....with that said, my "wife" was playing the part and role of a "legitimate wife", all the while she was still negatively effecting her ability to receive her own 2-year conditional green card and work authorization. Why you ask? Because she UTTERLY REFUSED to co-mingle funds, assets and interests with her alleged "husband". My "wife" assumed she could just act as a wife, but never really actually become part of the "marriage", but still receive immigration benefits. She continually thumbed her nose at the most basic of requirements and standards set by USCIS. On top of that, she also defaulted when she packed and left to hang and live with the illegals, by not informing USCIS of her change of address. She no doubt didnt want to admit to immigration authorities that she was aiding & abetting known illegal aliens because of personal convictions. She thought she could just float by and slip through the cracks. NOPE! She's a user, and an abuser. Just accept it. It is what it is. The victim wont sit idly this time and be victimized, and I think my rabid attempts for justice make you squirm. And thats fine. You must understand though, that extreme actions deserve extreme REACTIONS. I am the reaction in this situation, nothing more. I was used, now I react. I am not a stoolpigeon, and I will not allow someone to use me and my name for their own monumentally selfish reasons. It wont happen, ever. Guaranteed.

I hope my "wives" pro-bono attorney has fun with the marriage fraud contract. What's gonna be the defense to that? Hmmm, oh someone held a gun to her head and made her sign it! LMFAOLMFAO. How come she didnt call cops then? Oh, I dont know, she forgot! No wait, she didnt sign it, her twin sister did! Wait, she doesnt have a twin. HAHHAHAHAHHAHAAAAAAA. This whole thing was a sham, from the get-go, and I think its hilarious.

Mess with the wrong bull, you get the HORNS.

So, you are agreeing that after only 2 months of knowing each other you too understood it not to be an actual marriage.

You sir are just as much a scammer as her. You used her.

You are just pissed because you lost a good piece, right?
