I entered as a K1 on my french passport from canada, but am also a canadian citizen. I have a potential job offer and am still waiting for my EAD, approx 1 month more left to go. Is it possible for me to start my employment based on my canadian citizenship on a TN Visa? or would that run me into a brick wall later on?

That post is a little different, since the OP is seeking a TN visa WHILE the IR-1/CR-1 is in process. The TN visa is only for temporary stays, and since the OP is applying for permanent residence the OP would probably be denied TN.

My situation is a little different since I already have an approved K1 visa and would like to start working on a TN visa, any ideas.

or am i talking nonsense... not sure if im clear enough,
