Dear Laura+Tom,

Marmite... as a topping may be acceptable... but not as an ingredient... Unless of course... its something the chef declares as an ingredient and people choose to like it. That way, all can be happy. Remember, the underlying theme is unity. All should be happy with their pizza.

Nessa pregalicious has told me her nails break constantly. She has good nutrition ( which includes duck), drinks milk and eats garlic. Nevertheless her nails are the svcks. What could she do to fix this? If you want to refer me to Dear Joyce, that's Cool (Whip).

You must let Nessa that she may be overdosing on Calcium to the point of creating keratin precipitation and uneven protein folding in her keratinic cells on. She may benefit from increasing consumption of water in her diet with a very modest reduction of her calcium sources so she can eliminate the excess.

It is my opinion she consult this with her pre-natal MD as I am in no way qualified to make minute diagnoses. My databank tells me this can also be a deficiency of another nutrient- protein and/or zinc-iron and even vitamin A. Too much calcium with subtle deficiencies can also play tricks on the nails.
