We got our I-129f/I-130 approvals on 08/26/2008,,I can't describe how happy I am. I hope VSC/CSC approves all of the other February filers soon.

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On August 26, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service

This is major news VSC K3 filers!!!!!

I see quite a few CR1 getting transfered from feb, I am not sure ours will since we filed for k-3, but I am hoping either a transfer or approval.... crossing fingers..............

so the transfers were CR1 alone? humm interesting. anyways I'm keeping the hope that we are next to get approved :)

Khaleda thanks :) I really pray that we get this approval soon! I want to go on October to my husband happy and come back in a stable condition and not heartbroken as last time.

I know. dats y I have been depressed. I thought filing k3 wud b faster, but guess not..who knew..... anyways like cj said, hopefully they clear up all cr1s and start working on k3s...........
