Thanks you guys, I was totally not expecting to be transferred.

I was convinced I would get an RFE or at least have to go for an interview.

I only sent in the DS-2035 from my medical in the UK with only one vaccination on it (the doctor requested a medical waiver for the rest for medical reasons)

My OH is earning way below the poverty line as he lost his job in January and has only managed to find part time work as yet, I did bring some savings over which took us over the poverty line and we sent 4 months of bank statements to show them. It looks like they accepted this.

I also only sent one copy of each of the supporting documents, e.g. passport, I-94, NOA2 for K1, etc. in the application package.

So when I saw I had an email from CRIS today I was 100% sure it was for an RFE until I opened it.

I won't relax completely though until I get the greencard in my hand :)

hi fellow may filers. Well, here are some updates about my case. We received the rfe letter wednesday last week and they're telling me that my joint-sponsor doesn't meet the poverty guidelines requirements though we also provided them her assets to add to her income. They are asking for some proof of appraisal value of her properties. In order to avoid more complications, we opted to get another co-sponsor. W (F) e got my husband's aunt as our second joint-sponsor and we are so blessed that she is cooperative to us and most importantly, her income is good enough to support me. With that, we are planning to submit our response to the rfe tomorrow. We're just waiting for her employment letter.

B-R & A, i know how you feel. Just hang in there. Call the uscis everyday and follow up for your service request.

By the way, congratulations to the recent approvals!

God bless us all! God is good all the time!

Hi beng_and_carl! :). I hope that your AOS will now be processed smoothly and faster after they received your new co-sponsor. God bless (F)
