Hi again,

Almost done with these papers. I'm sending them tomorrow! (Well, I guess it's today now officially.)

How do these lists of supporting documents look for each of the secondary type papers that go with the I-485? (The guides have a great list of supporting documents for the I-485, but none for these documents.) Did I forget anything??

1) I-864

- letter from work

- copies of 3 checks from last 3 months of work

- taxes for the last 3 years with all W-2s, 1099s, etc.

(I qualify based on my income from work alone and therefore did not include other assets)

2) I-131

- copy of passport and visa

- copy of NOA2

- copy of I-94

- reason why supplement (answer to #7)

- 2 passport style photos

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! :)

AOS & getting the SSN & the I-693

6/13/08 Applied for SSN for David ----- TRIP 1; 6/23/08 Went back to SSA 'cuz the person didn't pc all documents (rec'd letter from them) ----- TRIP 2

7/2/08 Received David's health insurance cards! Yay!

7/3/08 Went back to SSA; they said come back 7/9 if he still hasn't received it ----- TRIP 3

7/8/08 Got list of vaccines he still needed from CS by fax/phone; tested for immunity to MMR (only vaccine still needed) at our family dr

7/9 & 7/10/08 Went back to SSA, card still not received - Denied opportunity to apply for replacement ----- TRIP 4; Went back to SSA again to apply for a replacement card - Talked to a supervisor this time, POE people entered his last name incorrectly ----- TRIP 5; went to get David's ID thru the State, denied - instructions wrong on website; measles test inconclusive, another test needed; requested new lease

7/14/08 SSA called me in regards to problems at local SSA office

7/15/08 INFOPASS appt to fix POE name input error and then went to airport to fix POE name error

7/17/08 Received SSN card in mail and went to get state ID

7/21/08 State ID received in the mail and tested again for measles immunity

7/29/08 MMR shot #2 given and dropped off papers at Civil Surgeon (CS)

7/31/08 Picked up I-693, completed by local CS, (I paid $25, don't be fooled)

8/3 - 8/6/08 Worked on forms I-485, G-325A, I-864, I-765 and I-131; sent to Chicago - YESSS!

8/11/08 NOA1 for AOS, EAD and AP; 9/2/08 Transfered to CSC; 9/4/08 Biometrics

10/24/08 Rec'd AP; 10/27/08 Rec'd EAD; 11/24/08 Rec'd GC

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Are you applying for a EAD?

Yep. Already have the I-485 and all supporting documents, the G-325A for David (I was the K-1 sponsor), the I-693 and the I-765 done with supporting documents.

I am in the process of doing my AOS packet also to send off hopefully by Wednesday. How many total passport style photos are you sending? I thought if I am sending 2 for 485, than that was it..am i wrong?

2/1/2010- AOS , EAD. AP Mailed via USPS priority mail

2/3/2010- Received - via USPS delivery tracking

2/9/2010- Check Cashed

2/9/2010- NOA 1 Received for 131, 765, 485

2/17/2010- Received letter for biometrics

2/19/2010- Completed biometrics via early "walk in'

2/22/2010- Touched on I-765, 48

2/24/2010- Case transferred to CSC

4/2/2010 Card Production Ordered for I-765, AP touched (Yea!!)

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC

9/2/10 Email from USCIS- Card Production Ordered

Hi! It's actually 6 total if you are also sending in the I-765 (EAD) and the I-131 (AP) with the I-485 (AOS). 2 photos for each paper (2 for the I-765, 2 for the I-131 and 2 for the I-485).

i could only find 2 for I-765 and 2 for I-485

i could not find anything on photos for I-131, the instructions say that if required will be taken during biometrics.... am i correct??? pleeeeasse answer me, i have not send my papers yet.... anyway.... i will take the pictures this weekend and i wont receive less than 6 so i will be safe :P
