Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

You can remove me from the list. Although my case is still pending with NVC, we are going to let it hang there. After talking with 2 attorneys, we have decided to go straight through to AOS and skip the consular processing (who wants to wait on silly Montreal if you don't have to).

09/19/2007: Withdrew CIC application (they still hadn't processed anything)

10/01/2007: Moved back to U.S.

07/25/2008: NOA-1s for all 3 received

08/20/2008: Biometrics appointment

08/22/2008: Received RFE for Affadivit of Support and Medical

10/21/2008: Submitted I-865W in lieu of co-sponsor and medical info to NSC

11/14/2008: online case status not updated since filing of AOS in July 2008

You can remove me from the list. Although my case is still pending with NVC, we are going to let it hang there. After talking with 2 attorneys, we have decided to go straight through to AOS and skip the consular processing (who wants to wait on silly Montreal if you don't have to).

I was looking for a thread on montreal interview times after nvc process complete, great! finally found it. Montreal seems to have speeded up interview dates for 2008 (2- 3months). Inkypinky your nvc process seems prettly quick (1 to 2 months), did you do follow james shortcut? If both my I-130 & I-129f get approved, I will just go thru the IR-1 process in Montreal instead of K3.

We are not on the list, and don't really need to be.....We have been dragging our butts for 4 years doing our Immigration (we are here on K3/K4) but I thought I would just post FYI our case was completed at NVC on July 2/08 and we just got our interview letters today (August 8/08) stating that our interviews have been scheduled for September 16/08.....Of course we have gone this way twice now so we don't have to go through the package 3 process, so I don't know if that makes any difference for anyone else that completed at NVC close to the same time as us.....Good luck to everyone.....Praise the Lord I don't have to do this again for 10 years :dance:

Feb 24 2008 File entered into system

May 06 2008 1st Touch

May 07 2008 2nd Touch

June 17 2008 Approval notice sent (update in email)

June 18 2008 Touch

June 25 2008 NVC Assigned case number

June 30 2008 I 864/ds 3032 generated

July 07 2008 I 864 bill paid/ emailed ds3032

july 11 2008 AOS package mailed

july 25 2008 IV bill paid online

aug 06 2008 ds230 package sent

aug 08 2008 nvc received ds230 package

aug 15 2008 RFE letter sent by NVC

sep 04 2008 RFE cheklist entered into system

sep 11 2008 CASE COMPLETED :)
