I just called Delbros, trying to get a specific date that our Docs were forwarded to NSO. Those people are COMPLETELY LOST!!!!!!!!!! They told me at first that they had already been delivered, then they told me that they hadn't been delivered yet, but they will send them this afternoon. How in God's name did these unprofessional idiots ever secure a government contract? They had no clue as to the whereabouts of our documents. To anyone else out there going through Delbros right now, PLEASE follow-up with them. Don't just sit back and hope that they do their job. Get on their a$$ and make them do it. I told Mr. Ray-Ann that I will be calling him again tomorrow for a progress report. If my work performance matched theirs, I would have my job very much longer.

Yea the Delbros and Embassy system is really messed up now lol. My wife paid delbros July 18th, and has been following up off and on since then and they still tell her her name has not been forwarded to NSO for documentation verification. Her interview date is August 22 and then on the Embassy website it says you should pay a month in advance lol what for?, to just wait 2 weeks for them to send to NSO or even worse later than that. Such a simple process it should be but for some reason it is VERY SCREWED UP

people from the NSO aren't so much better. i was talking to a guy and he actually said "bakit di nyo po papuntahin dito yung embassy para pick up-in ung DV." i was shocked, but i let it slip. i admit na kinulit ko sya ng konti, but he didn't have to say that. rude and unprofessional. i was talking very polite and all. i didn't even snap back at him... baka pag-initan ung case namin, lalo pang matagalan. and kinukulit ko lang sya sya kasi naka-usap ko sya the night before pero naputol ung linya and naabutan ako ng closing time. anyways, he told me, verbatim, that the DV is already processed and will be sent out on friday. kinabukasan ang sinabi nya in process pa raw. panis!!!

July 18th - paid Delbros and got the confirmation text from them on that day.

July 25th - i text them and got a reply that my papers were forwarded to NSO last 23rd. I was happy.

July 29th - I called NSO to verify if they have my papers already. Richard confirmed that the don't have my papers yet. I got confused on which and where to believe between NSO and DELBROS.

So i called DELBROS to verify on where is my papers already. I dialed 339-2761 and a guy transferred my call to the designated department. Apparently, it rang few times then it stopped ringing  so i called again and the same guy answered the phone. I politely asked again for him to transfer me. He did, but same thing happened. It rang 4 times and it stopped. I dialed again and the same guy answered. I politely told him that i think there is something wrong in the line and the guy arrogantly told me "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!!" then he hang up the phone. I got upset

That guy needs to learn phone etiquette.

Delbros stands for Deliquent Brothers. Why did the US embassy hired them?

I havent tried calling delbros first, but I already tried there texthotline. Asked for a foolowup on my NSO docs. They answered back that they could not give information regarding the status of my NSO verification bec they are upgrading their online tracking system. Hello :bonk: Not any help at all! :help:

What reallt made me mad was the fact that the guy lied to me, and told me they were already at NSO. When I asked for a specific date, he covered up the phone, and I could here him talking to someone else. I heard him mention my fiances name, then he comes back on the phone to tell me the docs are still with Delbros. I asked when are you going to send them to NSO? I paid you on July 22 and its now July 30, what seems to be the problem? He promised me they would be delivered that afternoon. We'll see, I'm just patiently waiting for them to get to work. I will call everyday if I have to. I don't feel like getting stuck in AR because some derelict courier service can't seem to get a handful of papers 5 blocks down the street and back.

I called NSO today, and they told me that the documents did arrive there on July 30. It still doesn't explain why they sat for 8 days at Delbros. I am going to try to keep pushing the docs as much as possible. I want to make sure they are done and at the embassy before our interview. If I have to leave the Phils again without her I will be LIVID!!!!

If it is with NSO already and she don't have problems with any NSO documents then I am sure document verification result will be with embassy before her interview. The usual cause of delay so far was due to miscommunication (or lack of it) between DELBROS and USEM.

Good luck for the medical and interview.. and may your fiancee receive the visa soon after.

God bless always.
