My fiance interview was approved!!! I cannot believe this...He'll be here on the 18th! OMG!!! Thanks for all your help guys....So now..what do we do for POE? :dance::dance::dance:

02/20/2007 - Sent I-129F to California Service Center

02/26/2007 - Received NOA1

06/11/2007 - Petition left NVC

06/26/2007 - Received NOA2

07/2007 - Third visit to Canada

08/11/2007 - Sent Packet 3 to Montreal, Canada

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

Congratulations!

Depending on which POE you're intending to go through (whether by border crossing or airport) the best advice is: smile! It'll be hard not to, since it'll be one of the most exciting times of your life! :D

5/2/08 - YAY YAY YAY.... NOA-2 approval via email from CRIS... WHOO HOOOOOOOOOOO.... the "estimated timeline said 31 March this morning just as an FYI for you all)

9/2/2008 Flying to Ohio to spend a bit of time with my darling man to arrange our wedding and also just to spend some time together :-)
