OH, The Stampeders!!! TOTALLY forgot about them. I loved them. Yep. We're the same age!! LOL

Heard Edward Bear on the radio last night. It was weird because one of my old co-workers and her husband came to visit a few weeks ago. We went into town to an Icelandic bar/restaurant we have here. Our server was chatting to us and asking us where we're from. It turns out he used to be in the band! (Edward Bear) He said if we could remember the name of the song he was famous for he would pay for our drinks. I asked him to sing a line to give us a hint because we had one of those blank moments. We weren't able to remember but he paid for our drinks anyway. We left him a twoonie as part of his tip. :lol:
