I know there isn't any point in getting frustrated over the wait. Sigh. I just wish EVERYTHING wasn't so complicated when you fall in love with someone from another country. Not that it's stopping any of us :)

Today's a better day. I need to put things in perspective. There are far worse things in the world, even though it doesn't always feel that way, and I am very blessed to have ever even found P and to be so secure in our relationship. So, I'll stop griping....for now!!! :)

Sorry, but I do not think anyone should assume that June filers are being processed yet.

Brian and & Isabel submitted their petition on May 9. Their NOA1 was delayed until June 7. NOA1 delays are common for Texas & Nebraska filers but they do not usually increase overall processing time.

There were 9 CSC approvals dated Sep 24 with an average processing time of 143 days from the submittal date. The submittal dates ranged from April 29 to May 15 and NOA1 dates ranged from May 8 to June 11. Brian and Isabel sumitted on May 9 and were also approved on Sep 24, 138 days from submittal.

Everyone can reach their own conclusions, but it is seems to me that it will be a while before CSC gets to June petitions.

Well looking at the 2 past week approval at CSC i'm more optimist , and even when I'm not i try to find hope and light in those who are approved right now.... I expect my approval for end of November which is "only" 2 month ahead ..... I understand that you don't want unrealistic hopes....

Personally when this is all over I might miss Mr. Black Cloud that hangs around over my head 24/7. I do get really low at times, worrying about what I'll do if it gets declined but I try to keep hope because at the end of the day if you don't have a hope for tomorrow you might as well not live for today!

Dear July filer service center representative,

I am writing to make you aware of the incompetance of your organisation. Your processing times are ridiculous for what one can only assume is a fairly simple task of reading and ticking check boxes, sometime that is a staple of primary education. May I make the suggestion that you should expand your staffing afterall you are recieving extra funds. Technically speaking as you are actually a private profit making company and not an offical government office you are breaching international competition laws by holding a monopoly on the issue of processing such requests. As far as customer satisfaction goes, you will certainly not be recieving a tip.

hahahaha.....if only!!!!!

Yehaaaaa Brian and Isa who have received their NOA1 the 07 of June has been approved so USCIS is coming closer to us!!!!! One more month and it will start to touch our cases there is hope

I agree that CSC filers should feel optimistic right now. CSC is really cranking out the approvals recently. However, the fact remains that CSC is not processing June petitons yet and I think that we all need to be careful not to present hopes in a way that can be interpreted as facts by those that do not follow the statistics closely.

VJ shows 127 open CSC/NSC/TSC May petitions. At the 28 approvals per week pace of the last 7 days it will take a while before CSC gets to June.
