Today is our 2nd wedding anniversary - WooHoo. Where has the time gone?

We finally had the medical on Thursday which USCIS RFE'd us for, and we will have to go pick it up some time this week and send it to USCIS. After that it's just a matter of waiting and seeing what happens next.

Anyhoo, just thought I'd share our milestone with you.

Happy Anniversary Annie & John! I hope the RFE is processed quickly and things go smoothly for you from here.

At my last infopass, they asked me to schedule another one in 90 days if I haven't heard anything... that's coming up this week. Sigh. I haven't even had a touch since then, which I hope means they just haven't updated online, but I suspect means CSC has't actually combined my two A#s as requested (I have one number on my AP and a different one on my EAD... and a third one that's a typo on my visa, but that one's been sorted out already). My medical will expire soon too, so I hope they get moving on it!

Yeah you would think the break would be nice but every time we get through one hurdle, I think about what is next. ha ha ha

Hey I just realized something. It took longer to get the greencard than it did to get the waiver approved. :lol: 5 months for the waiver and 8 for AOS.

Well, it's been over 90 days since my last InfoPass so I've scheduled another one for tomorrow... let's see if I can find out what's up with my AOS and A#s!

K-1 Visa (176 days)

18 Apr 2006 - NOA1

Lost case file, congressman intervention...

4 Oct 2006 - Interview Day! Approved!

AOS/EAD/AP

23 Jan 2007 - NOA for EAD & AOS

2 Feb 2007 - NOA for AP

Wrong A# printed on my visa, find out I have 2 A#s (both different from # on visa), case sent to storage before green card was made...

29 Dec 2007 - Green Card Received!

K-1 Visa Part II (uh oh)

30 Aug 2008 - Second Packet 3 received (umm?)

12 Feb 2009 - Montreal requests copy of green card to close file (sent)

24 Apr 2009 - CRIS notice saying my case is being reviewed. (eek!?)

I-751 (141 days)

4 Sep 2009 - Documents mailed to VSC

9 Sep 2009 - Documents stamped received at VSC

14 Sep 2009 - NOA received

23 Sep 2009 - Biometrics letter received

6/23/2006 - recieved by MSC

6/27/2006 - notice date on NOA

7/26/2006 - fingerprinting

recieived notice for interview... duno when

9/2/2006 - all apps touched

9/13/2006 - interview. waiting for bkground, no approve.deny case will be reviewed as my case in more complicated., i1131, i485 sepereated from file, claimed that they will be sent for processing

9/22/2006 - called national customer support., been 90 days, no interim ead (i knew i wldnt have it yet) was told to go to santa ana

9/26/2006 - office claims file is floating around somewhere in the mail room, they will find my work permit app and travel doc app and send it for processing

9/26/2006 - drive to LA to double check what they said, office at LA claims that santa ana sent work p, travel to NBC

9/27/2006 - EAD, Travel docs touched

9/28/2006 - EAD, Travel docs tocuhed

9/29/2006 - :( nothing touched, no letters no emails :(:( ---- waiting., will send letter to congressman monday

10/2/2006 - Travel Docs Touched, nothing new on EAD....Wife sent letter to congressman

10/2/2006 - Got Travel Doc in the mail

10/2/2006 9:30 PM PST, 5 email ead approved, will mail me new card

10/6/2006 10:30 AM PST, got 3 emails saying that they have mailed out an approval letter for my EAD... hmmm wheres the damn EAD,

10/7/2006 - Got EAD with a TYPO in a#!!!! in the mail
