Well I've only been separated a month and there's still a chance of reconciliation but I think that chance is getting smaller by the day.

Even less chance if you don't give him a chance to change.

With all due respect devilette, you don't know me and you definitely don't know my husband. Nobody in my life who knows us thinks that he will change. Pretty much everybody has told me to move on with my life. I think I've been MORE than fair. It has been almost a month...in fact, it will be four weeks tomorrow since we've seen each other...and on any of those days he could have gotten on a plane and come over here. Instead, he has stayed in England, bickered with me about money, worked at the job that he LIED to me about quitting, and in general been a miserable sod. I don't think I should ever trust him and I'm certainly not going to take advice from YOU about my marriage.

Do me a favor...where I am concerned, please keep your opinions to yourself in the future. I am not really interested in anything you have to say to me because it is without exception rude, cruel, or just plain low-class.

There is not only NO respect in your post, you go on to personally attack me. Don't even suggest that you have it for me.

HA, you come on here & post all about your personal life, and get mad when we comment LESS THAN A MONTH LATER (after 6 years of marriage, no less) that you want to move on?

I'm married & I communicate with my husband, always have. Just because you didn't, don't yell at me.

Being single for awhile after being in long term relationship is a good thing, IMO.

Hey, it's not like I'm going to jump in the sack with the guy. He's nice, we hit it off. End of.

His opinon (one of many you asked for by posting this question) was that one should remain single. He didn't say anything about sex.

If either of you develop feelings for each other it will be another beginning, not an end.

I work with a guy who is 26, his girlfriend (they live together...have been together for 6 years) is...are you ready...46!!!!! They seem to be ok, I think that at most times his maturity level is higher than hers, I have been on outings with them, it was not akward or anything. She does not at all look her age she looks about 10 years younger. So I did not realise right away untill I met her children who were almost his age, and then he told me.
