One jewish scholar mentioned, the jewish people know only one thing to be oppress or be the oppressor.

And your point is? Israel attacked and defeated the Arabs and also accidentally

If I recall correctly, the number is near 10 million for slaves who died in transit (transportation, storage, etc. - remember, they were goods, not people).

The rest are considered to be deaths that would not have occurred otherwise - the handicapped, from making people work when they were sick, due to malnutrition, etc.

The topic kinda switch into slavery but it's all related, White masters got the black folks to work for FREE, all these wealth came on the back of those slaves, so YES there should be a way to get compensation just as the Jews ask for compensation for the holocaust, what about the BLACK HOLOCAUST everybody seems to have forgoten about it, the sad thing is if they were WHITE SKIN FOLKS yes there would be a cry for reparation, LOOK at south africa, Nelson Mandela spent years in Jail fighting Apartheid, but who are those nation supporting and benefiting from Apartheid.

OJ Simpson would have been in Jail right now if it wasn't for his money to get him proper LEGAL REPRESENTATION, The Legal system is flawed, most of those black kids, and lot of minorities I should say are basically thrown to the gallot. You have one legal Aid person provided by the Government to represent you, that person have HUNDRED of cases, where do they have to time, and the funding to Hire expert, you basically face a LOSE LOSE situation.

Best way to get out of it is to MAKE A DEAL ___ YEAP____MAKE A DEAL.

They put it to you that way, you go to trial and without the proper Legal representation, and expert, You will FACE a long sentence hmmm 10-15 years or longer depending on the crime you are accused off.

YOU MAKE A DEAL

Then you will only spend 3-5 years in JAIL, so it's the choice that you have in hand, EITHER WAY you are going to JAIL, so lot of times, even though the person might be innocent and yes THEY TAKE THE DEAL.

And this is happening in the Land of the FREE, So lot of you may not know about the american legal system, so read about this country History, and you will be enlighted by so many SAD FACTS>

I think socio-economic background is at least as strongly correlated, if not more so, than race when it comes to criminality. The POOR are more likely to be incarcerated for sure, no matter what color they are.

Agreed. And it also just happens to be that many of the poorest communities are actually in inner-cities - and which tend to be home to substantial minority populations.
