If you know their name just type it in and go to their website.

Follow the instructions there for requesting assistance.

I would recommend talking to your congressman (representative) I contacted both my state senators and got very little help, however my congressman's office was much more responsive and had a letter off to CSC in 5 days, and 2 days later I had an approval.

Not saying it always works but it did in my case, and your congressman has alot less of a work load because he is more local.

Here is the site to find our congressman.

look up the phone number of his local office in your city or nearby big city under US GOVT in the front of the phone book. Call and get instructions from one of his staffers. or GOGGLE him/her on the internet.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

And be sure to thank Senator Clinton for her support of IMBRA. She was a driving force behind it.

Where is the Smilie for sarcasm?

March 9 - filed I-129F to Nebraska

March 15 - NOA#1

June 1 - transferred to CSC

July 11 - IMBRA RFE back with CSC

August 3 - NOA#2

August 6 - touched

Probably one of the few things that she has done right.

Perhaps, if she had ensured ample time for the USCIS to implement the act. They really screwed this process up.

At a minimum, followed through the implementation process. Voting and horse trading among legislators is not enough, throughput gets my vote.

Probably one of the few things that she has done right.

Hi,

my fiancee lives in Georgia and we filed on April, 7th. We are still sitting there with no NOA2. Do you think that we can contact this guy, THomas that helped you out a lot. Will he help somebody who is not from California!! Man, I called those b....ds in USCIS and they told me that the normal processing times for this type of case is 180 days!!! Can you believe that? And what about what's written on NOA1 about 120. Is all that bullcrap?

MaN, I just don't know what to do anymore!!! Was thinking that a congressman might help. I am desperate

That's why I told her that her fiance needs to contact her senator - that's bullsh*t!

Speranza, contact your local senator or congressman:

1) Find your senator or congressman’s website.

2) Go to the section for Constituent Services.

3) Download the privacy form.

4) Fill out all the relevant case information.

5) FAX it to their office.

6) Call to follow up. Find out the name of the specific person assigned to your case and get their direct phone number.

If your senator doesn’t have a privacy form on the website, call them directly.
