I read this on the NWA website:

http://www.timaticweb.com/cgi-bin/tim_webs...p;subuser=NWB2C

"Warning:

- Those entering on a K-1 or K-2 visa must hold a medical form

FS398 and X-ray plates of chest (full size not necessary).

To facilitate handling upon arrival considerably, passengers

are advised to have these health documents ready in their

hands as they must have them at hand for the health control,

which takes place immediately after disembarkation."

Anybody know more about this? The only x-rays my fiancee has are the ones in her sealed envelope :crying:

I flew to the Phils in early February to accompany my fiancee back to the states and we flew NorthWest. Our POE was Detroit and they did not ask for any xrays. They were on a CD inside the brown envelope. The immigration officer that opened the brown envelope handed my fiancee the CD and said they did not need it. Make sure before your fiancee walks away from the immigration officer that she checks that on the I-94 form they put in her passport has her name spelled correct. Good luck

That's icing on the cake  I checked the PDX website today and read up on the details about international arrivals and how they're processed. It seems that Sarah should have everything she needs in her packet. Thanks loveusomuchhoney
