can anyone pls tell me the address of NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTRE where we will send our I-129F form ? is this the correct address -

USCIS Nebraska Service Center

P.O. Box 87130

Lincoln, NE 68501-7130

Should we write the same address in the Fiance letter of intent to marry within 90 days ?

Yes, that address is correct.

Not to point out the obvious, but the address is right on the I-129F instructions.

Why do you need to put an address on the letters of intent?

If you are writing your letter of intent as a business letter, you would follow business letter format and include the address of the recipient. Here's how the header of my letter of intent looked:

U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services

Nebraska Service Center

P.O. Box 87130

Lincoln, NE 68501-7130

RE: Statement of Intent: last name petitioner/last name beneficiary

To Whom It May Concern:

When I wrote my updated letter of intent for the Consulate, I followed the same format.

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Why do you need to put an address on the letters of intent?

In the sample letters we have available to us at VJ, the address is on the letters. To the OP - we used the same address on everything, including the cover letter.
