Can someone please tell me how i check if i have had any 'touches' on my visa application. I filed may 28th 08 for K1 visa, I129F and got my NOA June 3rd. Just looking to find out how i can check up on the progress.

sign up for an account and put your Case number inside which starts with EAC....

you find your case number on your NOA 1 or on the back of your check.

This might sound stupid. when i go to that link and put in my reference number, how do i know if my application has been touched? i'm getting very confused. sorry! :unsure:

CSC rarely 'touch' cases - I wouldn't expect to see a touch on your case until you receive your NoA2. :)

Really? that sucks. this is hard enough without them even giving us a little something to get excited about every now and then. I so wish my application could have went to vermont rather than california!! :crying:

I never received a single touch while my case was at USCIS and received the NOA 2 four months after back in March.

Just because you don't get "touched" doesn't necessarily mean anything. You'll be fine.

Ok stupid question I should know by now but my NOA1 starts with a WAC not an EAc am I looking at the wrong number?
