:D

if you have the MNL case number now, u better get ready for calling the USEM for your schedule, maybe 1-2 weeks after u had it. then begin to pay all those VISA and DV fees. so u will be avoided the delay Visa release. GOOD LUCK for both of you.

in our case, my fiance received a snail mail stating that i will receive a letter from USEM also. we got our case number in that snail mail. but then it was 2 weeks later and i didnt get any mail. so i called USEM (1-909-101-7878, smart and pldt phones only) and asked if our case is in the USEM yet. when i called, our case was there already and i scheduled my interview right away. they sent me a confirmation through email. i was instructed to gather the requirements and take the medical exam at SLEC.

goodluck on your medical exam and interview! God bless you :)
