Is it acceptable evidence for I-129F?

I-129F application, K-1 visa

I read somewhere that people have to prove they have been together for the last few years and have a continuing relationship when they apply for the fiancee visa. Is it ok to send photos of a sexual encounter because we dont have any other evidence? Or would they refuse such picture? He is on top.

No .. they require certain positions for those photos.. please read the guidelines.. I think they require "The flying camel" and another one .. and they prefer he USC to be on bottom.

Majizee,

You need to read sources that have a better understanding of the requirements.

As to your particular piece of evidence - it can be a 'double-edged sword'. Many people will use sex to obtain what they want, including an immigration benefit that they're not entitled to.

Well, the photos might be acceptable but they must meet strict USCIS requirements. Since I am intimately familiar with those requirements, your safest course of action is to send them to me for review before doing anything else. Trust me, I've done this before.

PS: The requirements are very strict so it will take me a couple of weeks to review the photos. Oh, and I need the photos in a large size (8x10 or greater) so I can make sure it's really you.
