What after interview K-1 in Casablanca Embassy

Hello !

i juste had my interview last Week in Csablanca Embassy and i was Asked to bring 2 more papers and i Did the next Day and i was told that they Will Call Me Soon and they Did after 2 days Telling me to bring my passeport and Come on monday evening :

DOES ANYONE PLEASE KNOW IF THEY WILL ISSUE FOR ME A VISA ? IF YES PLEASE DOES THE VISA ISSUED THE SAME DAY ?

Any help will be Welcom and Advices Too thanks for All people Work on the Website

Comments : For Casa, packet 3 and 4 come together, with an interview date already scheduled.

NOA date for I-485 : 2007-02-07

I-485 RFE Dates : 2007-02-16

I-485 Biometrics Appt Date: 2007-02-28

AOS Comments: Strange - we received RFE, then a few days later got email that the response had been received and the case was resumed even though we haven't sent anything yet.

I-485 Sent to CSC 2007-03-12

RFE for Medical Examination mailed 05-31-2007

medical examination sent 06-27-2007

Case resumed on 07-13-2007

email "card production ordered" 07-18-2007

email “notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident” 07-19-2007

email “approval notice sent” and welcome letter received 07-23-2007

Green card received 07-26-2007

EAD Filed Date: 2007-02-02

EAD NOA Date : 2007-02-07

Many Consulates issue the Visa 2-3 days after the Interview. You already had the Interview. You returned the documents the Consulate wanted. The VISA is put inside the Passport. So they need your passport to put the VISA inside. I think that you are going to get a VISA!

April 12, 2007 - Apply for SS card with married name

April 20, 2007 - Received SS card

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

07/27/07: Mailed AOS papers to Chicago mailbox.

08/02/07: AOS papers received in Chicago.

Sounds like they are issuing the visa and for Casa that is quick! What were the 2 papers asked to bring??????? Those of us with interviews coming up are trying to get as prepared as possible.

One of the papers was from the court, stating that there is no police record (kind of like the police certificate, but from the court). The second one was from the ministry, stating that the person has never been married. Both of these papers must be translated into English.

Hello everyone thanks first for all the encouragement and supporting about my K-1 visa .

i wanna let everyone know that we went to the Consulate at 13:30 like they Was Ask and they took my passport and told me to come back at 15:30 and YES VISA IN HAND YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
