So May is here!

How many of us have/or will file for AOS this month?

Come in and share your experiences with each other!

My package has been sent off already so now for the waiting game!

Hope it is ok I started this.

11/18/08 - Arrived in U.S. on B2 visa

02/05/09 - Extended return plane ticket to stay for an extra 3 months

04/23/09 - Decided we didn't want to be apart even though we extended the stay and got married!

04/30/09 - Sent I-130/I-485/I-765 from B2 (no I-693 as it is not yet complete.)

05/03/09 - Received email form USPS stating that package had arrived safely and was signed for!

05/11/09 - Received NOA1's for I-130/I-485/I-765

05/16/09 - Received Biometrics Appointment

05/30/09 - Received a CRAZY amount of RFE's that were dated 05/21/09

06/01/09 - Biometrics Appointment Scheduled. In and out in 10 minutes!! Sent off RFE information (Should arrive in MO on Wed.)

06/03/09 - USCIS received RFE response

07/23/09 - I called to have a service request put in

07/24/09 - I-765 Touched (FINALLY)

07/25/09 - I-765 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!!!!! (About time!)

08/03/09 - EAD card came in the mail WOOHOO!!!

08/07/09 - Interview letter arrived

09/02/09 - Interview Date

09/07/09 - I think this is the day I received my Green Card.. Can't quite remember anymore.

Removal Of Conditions

08/03/11 - WOW it's already been TWO years! Sent ROC package to VSC.

08/05/11 - NOA1 date which arrived 8/10/2011

09/02/11 - Bio Appointment the notice was dated 8/12/11

Im Dee and I just sent out my AOS package today 5/2/09 , which makes me a May filer =)

Married on 4/11/09 after 5 years being in a relationship

Sent package: I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-693 on 5/6/09 recieved by USCIS on 5/10/09

NOA's received: 5/18/09 for I-130, I-485, I-175 dated 5/14/09

Biometrics appointment letter received: 5/21/09 dated 5/18/09

Biometrics appointment scheduled for: 6/6/09 (saturday) @ 10am

EAD Card production ordered - June 15th

EAD card received - June 24th

Interview Date: August 24 @ 1:45pm - APPROVED Thank you VJ for all the support

I also sent my package out on the 30th of April however, since it won't get there until May I consideed my self a May filer.

If you guys have time,there is new movie named <<CROSSING OVER>> ,it is starring by Harrison ford,a story between immigrants and immigration officers.

Search this movie,you can watch it online somesite.It really makes a lot sense as we are immigrants or family of immigrants.

Yesterday 0508, Receipts of I485,I130,I765 recieved,dated 05/05,seems not slow.

I checked online status and everthing is there.

They made little bit typing mistake on my address whick makes my unit #"H" to "11",monday I will make a call to service number to correct this.

Today I received my NOA1's for I-130, I-485 and I-765. I did not apply for Advance Parole as I will not be needing it. YAY!!

K1 Visa - 2009

March 7th - POE Newark, NY

March 30th - received SSN

April 25th - Married

April 27th - Changed name on SSN

AOS

May 12th - AOS paperwork sent

Aug 20th - Interview in Philly

Aug 21st - GC production ordered

Aug 24th - Welcome to the USA letter received

Aug 31st - Rec'd son's GC

Sept 2nd - Rec'd my GC ....all set for 2 years now

LIFTING CONDITIONS

June 20th sent I-751 to Vermont

June 25th received at Vermont.

June 27th NOA date

July 2nd Packet returned as section not filled in correctly---how stupid am I?!?!?

July 5th Packet sent back (overnight delivery) to USCIS with form filled in correctly

July 6th Packet received and signed for at Vermont

August 18th Biometrics Appointment in Philly........JULY 27TH EARLY BIOMETRICS DONE

Nearly 1 year later!!!
....received notification for my son to get biometrics done!(May 15th 2012)

May 11th 2012 Son's biometrics done early

June 2012 - Notice of lifting of conditions received

June 12th - texts- GC in production

June 13th - text- GC in post

June 15th - Received GC's!!!!!!
