Hi. I adjusted my status from B1B2 to green card and I got approved early this month. I had to leave on an international work trip a few days after the approval and at the same time a few days before my green card was delivered. I came back in a couple of weeks using my advance parole, and the entry was event free, the CBP officer was very professional while handling this through the secondary inspection, the only tricky thing is that they stamped my advance parole with a DA/AOS, which indicates I am still adjusting my status - and my status was already adjusted.

I am wondering if this could cause any issues down the road, especially when I need to remove my conditions or apply for naturalization. Has anyone ever been through this? Were you recommended to edit the entry with CBP and/or USCIS? Did you have to confirm your LPR status after this happened?

On September 7th my fiance was issued her visa at the Montreal consulate.

After receiving all of our documents in the mail we noticed Telus Health had made an error on a date on her vaccine record (the date was a decade before she was born).

After contacting the Telus Health they sent us and the consulate an amended record, and after contacting the consulate they instructed us to return the documents. Which we did, and they were recieved and signed for on October 11th.

Since then we've tried to contact them, with the only news as of November 19th being that the consulate hasn't received our documents yet and they may be at the "off site mailing facility".

Our case being ISSUED status makes this all the more confusing when trying to communicate, and find help.

Her medical expires at the end of February and her Visa expires shortly after, any advice would be appreciated.

Hello. I got married via Utah online weddings and we are waiting on the I-130. Will I have need of an apostilled copy of my US marriage certificate? What would be the situation where this would be needed? Thanks very much in advance.

My spouse (Cdn) and I (dual US/Cdn) are in the US to visit family.

We have both lived in Canada our entire lives; we've been married for 10 years. I haven't visited the US in a long time, but recent family changes has meant that we booked a flight and came out to visit the US side of my family.

While here, my family has warmly welcomed us into their lives and we feel a lot of love and support from them.

My spouse and I have been talking and we've decided it would make sense to move here.

I've been reading here and on Visajourney but haven't found many examples of people in our circumstances.

Can we apply for an AOS or would that be illegal?

I understand that would mean my wife would be "stuck" in the US for a considerable length of time (8 months or more?) awaiting AED and AP.

Is there a better or faster method?

I would like to know how long it will take for USCIS to replace naturalization certificate after requesting a copy.

Besides that is there way to look up for the naturalization certificate number while waiting for the copy?
