I am getting ready to renew my 10 yr green card for the second time, last time i filed the I-90 in 2014 I had to create a USCIS E filing account which had a user name and password.Once I received my Green Card in 2015 I never had a reason so sign back into the account. Does anyone know if the E filing account in 2014 would still be valid? I tried to log on to renew my green card and i received a "Invalid email or password". I have photo copies of my first application in 2014 so the user name and password are correct. Would the USCIS E filing account 2014 be outdated and should I start afresh with a new account with the myaccount.USCIS that comes up when I visit the "how to renew your green card" page? Thank you for any help!

as my title mentioned, I already waited for 30days (since the documents received at USCIS office in Phoenix) but I havent got news/ email/ texts from them to get my NOA1 yet.

How long I need to wait normally just to get a NOA1? Do you guys any have recommendation, what should I do?

Hello everyone. I am looking for some answers in regards to marriage to a Muslim woman I am interested in. Here's some background on both of us. I am 39 years old, Muslim, and she is 32. She has two kids(girls 11 and 13) and divorced and I have one kid. She has a job as a French and Arabic teacher in Casablanca and I work for the Division of Emergency Management in Florida. She does speak English as well. Here are my questions:

1. Is it possible for her to bring her daughters over or is that a special process? The father isn't in the picture if that matters.

2. Would the father have to sign off on them leaving Morocco?

3. If the children can come then what would be the income requirements? Would the household size include my son?

4. I see now there are online marriages in the USA and I see that Florida offers this. Would it be easier to marry online here, fly over and consummate the marriage, just marry in Morocco? I would like to file for the CR-1 visa if I decide to marry her.

5. Would multiple trips to see her first be b%etter and then file?

6. Is the mhar different because she's divorced(officially and unofficially)?

I just got everything done. Received my US passport, about 2 weeks after the oath ceremony and immediate passport application. My spouse who is on Medicare for his medical coverage, received some letter about coverage B. We are yet to reach out to his agent. However, we wondered if the joint taxes from the last year (we have been doing since 2020) caused his income to go up and triggered something about the Medicare. My main question is do we have to keep doing joint taxes? We want to find a good way where he doesn't have to compromise his Medicare coverages. Even if we need to file separately as married people. Thanks for your input.
