I sent off two I-130 applications for my mother and father. Has anyone been approved recently? If so, from your experience, how long was your processing time? Just trying to figure out what month they are currently working on.

I recently changed my status from H-1B to F-1 (approved) and am preparing for my visa interview in Serbia this June. My original financial sponsor was a friend who became a U.S. citizen three months ago. However, I am considering switching to my father as my primary sponsor, potentially with additional support from my father s company and a family friend s company in Bosnia, to better demonstrate long-term financial stability and stronger family ties to my home region.

Would changing sponsors at this stage raise any concerns during the interview? Also, would bank statements showing sufficient funds for one academic year be enough, or should I include additional documentation (such as sponsorship letters, proof of relationship, or company financials)?

Both parents entered USA in visit visa since almost 25 years. They married in the states and got 3 kids born in USA. The older daughter turned 21 years.
what methodology could they follow so that their older daughter file a case for them. What is their chance to be forgiven and given a green card?

Hi, on March 27th my interview for my combo N400/I-751 got scheduled to May 1st. Today got an update on myUSCIS and the N400 went back to Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS. I-751 still shows interview scheduled. Has anyone experienced this?
