Hello!

Please help! Twice we have uploaded the police certificate obtained online at policia.gov, and twice we have received the following message from the NVC: Please replace this with an acceptable police certificate from a correct issuing authority.

As far as we know and according to embassy website, that's where we supposed to obtain the police certificate. I'm not sure what to do next.

I am the principal applicant and have two derivatives. Last week when we were checking NVC case status it showed 3 entries NRB 01/02/03. But next week when we checked NRB 03 entry was missing. Our interview is next week and all of us have interview on same day and time. Our CEAC portal shows every documents have been uploaded and accepted. Why did one entry go missing? Is this a glitch or one of us is not eligible for visa? Although we were asked to fill i864ez fresh one even though this form is used when you sponsor only one person, we are yet to submit that. could that be the reason?

Can anyone share their experience or insights on how long it typically takes to receive the official interview confirmation after the expedite request has been approved? Specifically, I m wondering:

How many days before the interview do you usually get the confirmation notice?

Is it common to receive the interview confirmation with short notice (e.g., a week or a few days in advance)

Hello everyone! My husband who is a permanent visa holder applied for his twins but when it was F22. I also applied for them and it is IR1. He paid and submitted all the documents and just waiting for the interview schedule. I haven t paid for it. Were on dilemma if do we will just pay the IR1 since I m a US citizen or just wait for his F22 interview schedule. Any advice on this? Will the kids be green card holder when they get to US or do we need to apply for them to get a green card? Your response is appreciated.

Packet 4 says you need appointment letter to schedule biometrics, but when you schedule the interview and biometrics you only need ds160 confirmation.

Also I received a email that said to follow steps and schedule medical, biometrics etc. To schedule medical you had to schedule interview date.

I will try the embassy again but first they said do medical first, then do biometrics and we will send the letter. But if you schedule biometrics you also schedule a interview.

So If I schedule the interview without getting the letter is that fine. Or will that be a problem.
