We are driving our car to US Peace Bridge land border to import it to US. We got compliance letter (with both parent names on it) from manufacture and all recalls have been repaired. We have couple of question with regards to US custom.

1. if the ownership/sale agreement of the car is on both parents name's but the registration is on my mother name and father is driving alone to border for import it, would there be any problem. Do mother needs to write consent letter and sign all forms or father signatures are good enough? Both parents are green card holder and immigrated to US this year.

2. Can my father carry now tires and other personal stuff in it or it would create an issue at US custom while importing?

I recently returned to the UK after a trip to the US on ESTA, and would like to return again next year. This trip was very close to the 90 day limit- there was no issue at the border when I told them I would be staying this long. However, for my next trip, I have applied for a B2 visa, but I m considering cancelling that appointment and continuing to use my ESTA- since I am unemployed and paying for this trip through savings, and staying at a friend s family home, I m not sure that the interviewer will be convinced that I m not planning to stay. Is it worth the risk? Relevant question- how long should I leave between visits to the US on ESTA? I was thinking about returning in January or February, but I m not sure if that will raise questions even if I present proof of a return ticket. I ve heard anything from a month to twice the time you spent in the US as the acceptable gap between trips.

My husband and I are starting to obtain documents that we know we will need in the NVC stage. These documents are also specialized in Honduras- everything has to be in "folio" form and are very tedious to obtain- in other words, multiple steps to obtain them.

I am estimating we will be at the NVC stage in March. So if we got them in December, upload them to the NVC say in March/April, will these documents still be good by the time we have an appointment at the embassy? There is about a 3-4 month wait currently for an appointment in Honduras. I know the police report is only good for 6 months, so we will wait a little longer to get that one, but do the Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate have to be within a certain time frame?

My husband and I are preparing the AOS application and we have a question about providing financial evidence with the affidavit of support.

We have a letter from his employer stating his hourly and annual salary and all the details. His salary is much more than the 125% of the poverty line so we re good there. However, he has been working in this job only for a few months and his tax return from 2023 shows much less money.

Our question is, should we still include his tax return from 2023 and before even though it s below the required financial level? Would the letter from his employer showing his current income be enough? Do we need to include any other evidence of income?

I have my Interview this coming January and it says that I need to provide my previous passports, I dont have my old passports anymore since I didnt really expect to be applying for a K1 visa from then especialy since I was a minor. I moved from the Philippines at 2011 to Canada and we got new Canadian passports I believe after becoming permanent residents, then at 2019 we applied to be Canadian Citizens and I reapplied for the canadian passport at 2021, I havent seen my Philippine Passport since we even moved here and I dont really know if its actually required, we only ever flew to Japan and Canada and didnt even leave the airport with my Philippine passport I believe aswell as flew within inside the Philippines
