I petitioned my 2 unmarried children above 21 yo in April 2018 at the same time and I am a US Citizen. One case has an update in May 2024 that it was moved to ELIS while the other one has not been moved yet as of this writing.

Will there be any difference in processing their petitions?

How long would you estimate before their visas will be available? They're in the Philippines.

I am a US citizen and my spouse lives in Canada in an apartment. We are both named on the lease on the apartment. My mailing address in in the US. I am able to spend long periods of time with my spouse in our apartment in Canada, but I do not have immigration status in Canada. We live together for months at a time while I am on a visitor visa.

Is it appropriate for me to use our apartment in Canada as part of my Address History on form I-130 (question 12)?

Is it appropriate for me to use our apartment in Canada as "last address at which you physically lived together" with my spouse on form I-130 (question 59a)?

My sister is planning to visit me in US this Summer. She was denied B2 Visa more than 20 years ago and never tried again. Our country is now eligible for VWP and she will have to apply for ESTA this time. How is the prior B2 denial affecting the chances of ESTA approval?

My sister traveled internationaly since then to several European countries without issues.

Hi everyone,

My husband got his IL for March 11 in Sydney, Aus [visa type is CR1]. He booked his medical for March 3 at MedicalOne in Sydney. Is the medical results mailed directly by MedicalOne to the embassy/consulate before the interview? I m a bit worried with the timeframe if they are instead actually mailed to the home address and we would then need to mail it to the embassy and hope they would receive it before the interview. If it s the latter, should we reschedule the medical to an earlier date?

My mom has overstayed her B2 visa for five months and I want to do I-130 and I-485 concurrent filing for her. Can I do that? Will there be issues with the application since she has overstayed her visa? Please I need guidance. Thank you
