Completing my paperwork for I-129f, and wondering of those who have applied for a beneficiary from a MENA country, how did you complete part 54? My fianc is from Morocco. I know Casablanca is a difficult consulate. We've got mixed reviews saying to keep part 54 brief as USCIS doesn't care about a "love story" letter, but we've also heard people used part 8 as additional space to share their story. Would love to hear any advice about this, or any suggestions about the visa application overall from someone who has experience with this consulate.

I have currently completed a word document with the trips I've taken to Morocco including boarding passes, flight receipts, Airbnb receipts, engagement receipt, photos of gifts we've sent/given to one another, my U.S. docs, letter of intent to marry, and photos with my fianc and their family and one of my siblings in various cities throughout Morocco. I am submitting my paperwork this week. Biggest concern is part 54. Have our passport sized photos and payment as well as G-1145 form. Would love any advice on how to enhance our application, but specifically would appreciate advice related to part 54. Thanks!!

Once we've sent the I-129F package and realized we forgot to put names on the photos we included, what could happen? Will they ask us to correct the error, or will it be rejected? Would we have to pay again?

I am filling out my form I-485 after getting married in the US on my K1 visa. I got married within 90 days, but I am filling the I-485 past the 90 days. So, my K1 is expired, but I am married.

In the current edition of the I-485, question 12 of Part 1 asks about my I-94. I filled this out, noting admittance was with my Immigration Status of K1. Then, question 14 asks, "What is your current immigration status (if it has changed since the date of your last arrival)?". Should I leave it blank, or write "Spouse of American"? If "Spouse of American," do I list this new status expiry as "duration of stay"?

My case was marked ready by the NVC and am preparing documents for the interview. I was laid off a few months ago, and even though i have years of stable and qualifying income and some assets, I don't want to risk it so I asked my USC friend to be a joint sponsor as his current income qualifies. He isn't part of my household and lives in a different state. I don't expect him to actually provide any financial aid, and he's aware of the legal obligations of being a financial sponsor and is preparing the evidence on his end.

For this question in the form:

In addition to providing financial support, I intend to make specific contributions to cover the beneficiary's basic living needs. (Yes/No)

Is answering "Yes" here basically a requirement to be a financial sponsor?

Also, for the part where it asks for a statement of specific contributions, what should he say? Here is my statement for example:

I, <PETITIONER NAME>, THE PETITIONER, FULLY INTENT TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT MY BENEFICIARY, <BENEFICIARY NAME> WITH ACCESS TO MY ASSETS, AND EARNINGS UPON MY FUTURE EMPLOYMENT. I INTEND TO PROVIDE HOUSING, FOOD & MONEY WITHIN MY RESIDENCY FOR HER, FIRST AS A FIANCE AND THEN AS MY SPOUSE AFTER HER ARRIVAL IN THE UNITED STATES.
