we called to NVc to find out interview date but as always can't get to talk to anybody..Message says they sent packet..So it's the one packet with interview date?? or what packet?? our case was complete on 14 of november.. Maybe somebody could explain me?? appreciate that (F)

NVC wont have interview dates, only DOS can give you this info. Packet NVC operator is referring to is that they sent the petition to the consulate, that is all.

Call Visa Services at DOS.

We got our interview date from the NVC today. Have you tried calling the NVC either early in the morning or late in the evening? It seems like those are the times where you're more likely to get an operator.

CR1 application

I-130: 03/26/2007-07/02/2007 at NSC

NVC: 07/20/2007-11/08/2007

Interview at Montreal Consulate: 01/18/2008

(2 months' additional security checks)

Received Green Card: 05/12/2008

Removal of Conditions

I-751: 2/25/10-
