So we got the 3 NOA's - one for EAD, one for AP, and one for AOS.

Do they separate each case and work on them individually? We paid $1010 for the whole package; does anyone know how they deal with that when/if the cases are separated? Because the NOA's say that we paid $1010 for AOS, $0 for EAD and $0 for AP...

Also, what is the "National Benefits Center"?

Also, how long have you guys waited from NOA to biometrics...? Just curious what the least amount of time someone has had to wait to find out about their biometrics appointment, because I don't want to keep checking my numbers every day only to see nothing is updated for weeks!

January 23, 2008 - AP approved

January 25, 2008 - Case status finally updated: AP approved January 23!

January 31, 2008 - EAD card production ordered

February 2, 2008 - AP arrived in mail

February 5, 2008 - Sending a letter/RFE to CSC

February 5, 2008 - EAD card production ordered (again?!)

February 7, 2008 - RFE/letter arrived at CSC

February 7, 2008 - EAD approval sent

February 9, 2008 - EAD card received, dated January 23rd!

February 25, 2008 - CSC finally acknowledges receiving RFE

February 27, 2008 - I-485 APPROVED!

February 27, 2008 - Online case status: notice mailed welcoming new permanent resident.

March 3, 2008 - Received welcome letter

March 3, 2008 - I-485 approval letter sent

March 6, 2008 - Green card arrived in mail.

November 2009 - Removal of conditions...

i just got my NOA1's a few weeks ago and our biometrics is on dec 20th (check my signature or timeline)

That's cool... when and how did you find out that your biometrics is on Dec 20th?

you will get another letter from uscis that kin of looks like the NOA's! it has your appointment and some instructions in it.

Oh okay! Will the web-site update to say that a biometrics letter has been sent? Or should I just wait for the mail?

I don't think the website shows that a biometrics letter has been sent. It should just come in the mail.

07/20/2007 Visa Interview in London! Approved!!

10/04/2007 Small private wedding!

04/19/2008 Big fancy shmancy wedding!

AOS Timeline:

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!
