Hi,

Everyone just wanted to check that I've got this straight, in how this part works, I live in Atlanta GA, so I take it I file I-751 with TSC (even though I got my original approval from CSC after a transfer), with all documentation and the two fees. Which are $80 Biometrics and $465, who arranges the actual biometrics appointment? And did I hear the fees are rising shortly?

Help would be much appreciaeted!

Thanks......................Paul

Correct...

I also live in ATLANTA, GA and I filed my wife's I-751 with the TSC. The TSC then transferred this file to CSC for processing!

Once your file is transferred, the CSC will arrange for your biometrics appointment ... you have to wait for their letter with your appointment schedule.

The fees went up around July 1, 2007 resulting in the total $545 ($80 biometrics and $465 for petition). I am not aware of them going up again!

Hope this info helps!
