HI all, As many of you know that there are huge problems with getting the medical information transferred onto the I-693A. They don’t get that K1's only need to vaccination supplement, they want to give you a full medical, they want to give you additional test, and the list goes on.

I had problems getting an appointment with the local civil surgeon so had to look further a field. The one that would take me was in Philadelphia, They knew exactly what I needed did not try to get anything else out of me. I just handed over the form from the visa medical; my medical records from my doctor at home explained that I had the required jabs at my doctors rather than paying the private doctors to do them. They were polite professional and efficient. $35 and out in less than 30 minutes. I really would recommend them, contact details below:

You need to call Dr L E Arnold office in Austin, TX. She is civil surgeon, leave a message and they will call you back within hour or so, tell them what you want the I-693A and then you can either fax to them the DS3025 vaccination sheet or mail it to them and your $10 fee and within 10 business days they will have a copy of I693A back to you and then the original in a sealed envelope you mail to USCIS for AOS application. IT works I used her with great success, case transferred and approved without interview and no RFE!
