just wanting to start this post for all july filers who still dont have any updates on their case and NO NOA2! :crying::crying::crying:

NOA1 date is July 18.

I envy those july filers who already got their NOA2 and more so with june filers who got their medical and interview date. I am still being very optimistic that our NOA2 will arrive this month. So in addition to this post, wanting to ask if its possible for us to have our medical and interview date by the end of february? :blush::blush::blush::blush: (dream on lady_anne!!)

March 03, 2008 - MEDICAL APPOINTMENT

March 10, 2008 - INTERVIEW!!!

know the date by the end of February, definitely possible (in fact likely); the date BE before the end of February - more open ended, and completely dependent upon consulate, I think... I've got my NOA2, and (going through London), I don't expect to have my interview before March

who knows though :)

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

am happy for you, still the prettiest. just so frustrating that until now, i still dont have the NOA2.

did you get any touches (updates) before your NOA2? or an email stating you are approved? I am hoping we got that kind of thing. No change in status online, no touches in our USCIS account but a NOA2 on the email! :(:yes::thumbs:

when I checked the USCIS website right before going to bed on the 6th (London time) I saw we'd had our first touch - it had been 2nd August for months; was then showing 6th December - and when I got up the next morning I got the email, about 7am on the 7th (though the official date of the NOA2 is the 6th)

the USCIS website also reflects that information, which is a buzz, as you can imagine :)

we still haven't received the hard copy and I'd highly doubt our petition's anywhere near NVC yet, and with the holiday period approaching I don't think I'll hear anything before the new year... might though; you never know :)

well, no touches so far, though am hoping i get to receive a call from my fiance today telling me NOA2 has arrived! am still hoping we were approved last week, same like how we knew USCIS receipted our case. We had our NOA1 july 18 but it was already july 23 when our lawyer informed us. So am hoping this is also true for NOA2. Maybe NOA2 dec 5-7 then we will be informed by our lawyer today! :dance::dance::dance:

Well, i dont really expect too much, as expectations postponed will make my heart sick( i mean more sick, as its already sick!) :crying::crying::crying:

Yay for support threads. I can't even do anything with the NOA2, never mind about the interview, etc. We're sort of stuck till P finishes his Diplomarbeit in May or June. But it would be nice to know that there is some progression on our case. I am sick to death of seeing 6 August 07!!!!

12/22/2007 - packet 3 rec. (12/28/2007 returned)

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

AOS

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

on advice from bill y bella I called DOS to get more info. The guy I spoke to burst out laughing and told me I had the quickest AP case he's ever seen...went into AP on friday evening and got out this morning. Getting packaged off to london today!!!!
