I guess the remainder slots are for CR/IR

I will be surprise If I get an interview for Feb..

Then I can say they split the month in 2.. 1st 2 weeks is for K1 and K3 and 2nd 2 weeks is for CR/IR.

I am really praying thats the way they do it brother. Am very excited to call the NVC in next from days!!! COME ON FEBRUARY Interview, Daddy needs a new pair of SHOES!!! :lol:

Does anyone here pplan to have the CFO seminar before their interview?

08/24/06 - we met thru his cousin who was my co-worker

04/18/07 - my honey asked me to marry him and i said yes! we're ENGAGED!

05/28/07 - my honey sent the petition to USCIS

06/08/07 - USCIS recieved (on-line)

09/25/07 - hard copy of NOA1 received thru mail

10/15/07 - process for the petition was taking long so he decided to go back to the PI

10/22/07 - NOA2 approved (on-line)

11/08/07 - honey had to leave me again to go back to hawaii

12/10/07 - i was assigned an interview date (2/7/08) and PE date (1/30/07)

01/02/08 - Received PACKET 4!!!!!!

01/04/08 - 1st Day Early Medical at SLEC

01/07/08 - 2nd Day Early Medical at SLEC - PASSED!!!

01/30/08 - Scheduled Medical accdg to packet

02/06/08 - Interview at the USEM 7:30AM - APPROVED!!!!

02/12/08 - US Embassy called for visa pick-up

02/14/08 - Visa on hand YEY!!!!WOHOOOO!!!!!

02/16/08 - 3:30pm Flight to HNL, Hawaii

i plan to attend the CFO seminar after my medical appointment on Jan.29-30. maybe jan.31 or feb 1.... my interview is scheduled on feb 5.

08-21-08 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter
09-09-08 - Biometrics Appointment 10am Kansas City
09-18-08 - I-485 transferred to CSC (got an email from USCIS)
10-07-08 - EAD Touched
10-19-08 - My birthday / Found out I am Pregnant!
10-22-08 - Grief, Pain, Sadness
11-06-08 - EAD card ordered; AP approved (USCIS website)
01-16-09 - AOS Touched
02-23-09 - Green Card (conditional) and welcome letter received in the mail
02-24-09 - Got the job in boyce and bynum lab

hmm...i hope i get to meet ur wife...my fiance won't be with me during my interview too, since he just came over last october to spend 25days with me. He left last nov.8, 2007 (huhuhu!!) but nevertheless, I hope and pray we both get approved...
