Thanks Tim, I heard she was out by 10 AM and contacted me about 11:30.

So far so good 6 members on the Feb group hasn't notified us if they were approved or have been put to AR..

Gut feeling tells me they are approved and just busy celebrating..

Don't celebrate too much till you get the VISA..

In my opinion.. I won't take the Post Interview approval as an approved case till I get the VISA in hand..

2006-02-23 Met on a flight from Manila to Shanghai while I was on my way home after visiting a friend

2006-09-19 1st trip back to visit just her and family. Went to Boracay

2006-10-09 Ask her father for her hand in marriage.

2006-10-11 Return home with sad to be leaving her behind

2007-05-02 2nd trip back. Went to Cebu & Bohol

2007-05-21 Return home

I-129F Process

2007-07-20 I-129F sent by next day express mail

2007-07-24 I-129F Delivered to TSC but rerouted to VSC

2007-08-14 Got NOA1

2007-08-17 NOA1 Hard Copy in the mail

2007-09-17 Went back for 3rd Trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malayasia & Manila

Marisa, Patrick and I were together the whole time inside the embassy. We finished 10:30am. We had brunch after that, we got hungry coz not one of us eat breakfast! lol (Just not used to having early breakfast!)

Include me in the list, I got approved too this morning. I took my chance in asking the consul about visa pick-up and he agreed. I don't have any written request with me and I got lucky with being dump into a nice and funny consul. He added that I could get the visa probably tuesday and told me to wait for their call.

06/16/07 checks for I-130 cashed

06/19/07 sent I-129F not waiting for noa1 but with printed online copies of checks cashed

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008
