What issues do you have with I-134? Affidavit Of Support.....

im wondering what household size are we in, I already post my problem and someone responded that our household is 2.

Our situation is, my fiance doesn't have dependents but he's living with his mom and 2 siblings, all of them have work and independent.

it says that in household size, you'll consider the sponsor's dependents, relatives living with him...--here goes my problem, if we include

his mom and 2 siblings that makes use 5, he'll be below the poverty guidelines.. but someone already responded that for I-134, the household is 2 (is that true?)

now, i have another problem, someone posted that the income in the I-134 should be Gross income (before tax/deductions),

my fiance wrote his Net income, would this create a problem for us? im confused, i want to return the form to my fiance so he can provide a new one. the consul might think we are telling the truth.

Income is Gross income not Net. Trouth or not they require proof like the last three years of the W-2 that will show the reouth. I put my income without overtime and clearly I make about 5K more a year with overtime. As long as your over poverty I don't think it would matter. I am not sure on the houshold number you should put. If it were me I would put two.

Good luck and again see ya there :) ours is at 7:30 AM

For poverty level income go by the number of dependents on your fiancee's taxes and add yourself. If he is not supporiting the siblings then they do not count.

I do not think anyone really knows how the consular might react to using net income.
