1. G-325a Biographic Information

2. I-864 Affidavit of Support

3. I-485 Adjustment of status

4. I-765 (optional) Employment Authorization

5. I-131 (optional) AP documents

The I-131 they ask me when I plan to make a trip, But I don't have a set date, do I fil out part 7?

I have completed all these forms And I am ready to send them in.

I understand it needs to be a money order, so all fees on 1 money order? What should be the total fee? Can I E-file?

Why do I need a 2nd I864? He just gave 1 to the embassy to get me my entry visa.

Do I need an original copy of my marriage certificate?

I'm not sure about your question for form I-131, but hopefully someone can help you with that.

The total is $1010.00. You will send all forms together in one package to the Chicago Lockbox. If you haven't already, read the guide here and it will help you out.

Your husband filled out form I-134 for the K-1 visa, He needs to fill out and provide the proper evidence for form I-864 (or I-864EZ) for the AOS application.

You can send a simple photocopy of your marriage certificate.

I'd give them a date 90 days from now.

The payment can be a personal check.
