I am in USA on K-3 visa, my I-130 is approved and got Affidavit of support bill

1) I want to go for AOS (I-485), do i need to let USCIS or NVC know?

2) What happen to my I-130 file !

3) I had medical exam done in home country, do i still need to go for medical exam and submit report for I-485 or use only vaccination report, that i got during medical exam back home !

1/ file AOS include a copy of your NOA 2 for the I-130

2/ it should be at NVC if they sent you the bill but it will catch up with your aos file when you submit those papers.

3/ I presume that you had medical around may/june of this year? if so you dont need another full medical (it is valid for 12 months) but just the vaccination supplement filled in by a civil surgeon here. If you have a copy of your DS-3025 from overseas this can be just copied over or if you have any other records of the vaccinations that can be used also.

Needed vacs are MMR, TD and varicella. These can be done by any Doctor and the results taken to the civil surgeon (can be cheaper to have them done by your own Doctor or clinic)
