I am about to leave the country, and my IV bill has not yet arrived.

I know I am supposed to wait for the bill, but if it doesn't arrive before I have to leave I am going to mail in the payment with my case number and hope for the best.

I need the correct p.o. box in St. Louis.

If anyone has recently received their IV bill, and could provide me the address to mail my check I would be greatly appreciative.

Thanks.

Here is the correct address.

I had to do the same thing when it come time for my IV Bill to be sent and I sent it from the Philippines. Just make sure you have the right amount inclose with the IV Bill slip you generated using 'Jame's Shortcut' and everythign will be OK

Gud luck!!!

That is the address and p.o. box for the aos fee bill, but I need the p.o. box for the immigration visa bill.

The NVC operator told me the p.o. box was different for the immigration visa fee bill.

Do you happen to have the other fee bill address?

I remember sending IV Fee Bill to NVC's (Dept of State) St. Louis, MO address. Are you sure that IV Fee Bill is sent to NVC, Portsmouth, NH? I don't remember that complete St. Louis, MO address. I sent AOS Fee Bill and IV Fee Bill to St. Louis, MO Address (I don't remember whether it is the same PO box or not) and I-864 packet and DS 230 packet to NVC's Portsmouth, NH address.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

THE RIGHT ADDRESS

As it turns out my IV fee bill came in the mail today, so I could process it normally.

However, if anyone else needs the address, it was none of those posted.

The correct address is:

National Visa Center

P.O. Box 790136

St. Louis, MO.

63179-0136

Yes, only 1 P.O. number different that the AOS fee bill.

Oh well, it all worked out. Now, almost done.

Yes, quite laughable what disinformation you were provided here.

IF YOU AREN'T SURE ABOUT SOMETHING, don't recommend it to someone else to use!

There also is no James' shortcut for the IV fee bill, though somebody inexplicably referred you to them!

Glad you actually go your actual IV fee bill, but for anyone else contemplating doing this, the closest thing we have to a shortcut for the IV fee bill (including the proper mailing address!) is at this link:

As far as I know, nobody has been brave enough to try any of these suggestions yet, though you were close, so perhaps one day we'll know what works and what doesn't.

I was surprised to see someone's suggestion that IV Fee Bill needs to be sent to NH address, but I remembered clearly that I mailed it to St. Louis, MO address. Yes, there is no shortcut for IV fee bill, one has to wait for it to arrive. NVC will generate DS 230 packet soon after it will enter IV Fee into its system, then one can use shortcut to send DS 230 packet. Again, only after NVC generates DS 230 packet.
