I was a month or so late.

At the time I was convinced that I would be filing for and getting Citizenship before I heard anything, now they have screwed that as well.

Pictures for removal of conditions? If you want to fair enough, but why?

I interpreted the instructions on the I-751 to not limit oneself to just one kind of evidence of an ongoing bonafide relationship. I chose to send in a wide variety of evidence, including pictures spanning our relationship since we've been married. In my humble opinion, I have observed people getting RFE's when they concentrate on only one kind of evidence -- people who send in too much "touchy-feely" evidence get questioned about their lack of financial evidence showing co-mingling of assets, etc, and vice versa. I chose to include some things from all different aspects to give a more rounded picture.

Of course, with the way TSC is going, I'll have to apply for naturalization before they even look at my packet.

I work for the Federal Government, and frankly I just don’t get it. I have reviewed tons of high level applications and grants and supervised people that did the same. If my staff took as long to get things done, I would have been fired.

This is not brain surgery….from reading this board I presume a large percentage of the application could be passed through on a first read, if they were well organized and well documented. I know most of the people here take the advice seriously and document organize their info. That leaves another smaller percentage that needs a second scrutiny and of course there are always those FEW that are really suspicious and will take longer.

The people that review these things have instructions/tips/things to look out for etc. I’ve been there done that and have the scars to show it. It’s not a creative thinking project. It should not take this long. If they doubled fee they can certainly afford to hire more people….there are still plenty of people that would love a government job….even working for USCIS.

O.K. rant is over  . Sorry to get off topic but I had to get that off my chest.

NSC received our package 37 days before the expiration date, so almost 60 days after the 90 days window opened. They already approved our case, without interview, after being transferred to CSC.

we were very careful when organizing our stuff, to not forget or mess up anything, so that they won't send our package back, because of the short time frame left to expiration.

good luck!
