I was just thinking something. I bet we get our noa2 at the same time even though my noa1 date is feb. 13th. RFEs suck a**. He is sending our documents for it off hopefully this week or early next week, whenever the evidence I sent him arrives.

You still haven´t sent the RFE stuff back? Yeah, it could take another month for you, RFEs tend to slow down the process. I hope we´ll get by without one!

It took over two weeks for the rfe to arrive in the mail before we actually knew what was needed. than another week to receive visa statements cause they had to resend them. Easter weekend really slowed us down and finally today he received them from me and he is mailing it tomorrow. yay!

So now I begin to hope every single day ... I have high hopes as we're going through Vermont and everyone's getting their stuff done fast there. :P

We sent ours in the same time you did, and they haven't cashed the check yet for ours either. Hoping they do it tomorrow or Friday so I can relax this weekend.

Ours was a money order from the post service, so we dunno about it.

Well, Thursday and no NOA1. Let´s see if you people are right and that FRIDAY is the day! :P

One more thing i think both Luis and I, sorry Luis if i am speaking for you. We understand this is a long proccess but I havent seen people waiting for NOA1 for more than a week the averages I have been seeing are one week or so thats it. So I will be a lot more patient once this NOA1 gets done becuase in my timeline i am expecting to wait 3 months. This first one i thought was only going to be a week. Oh well its not so the waiting will continue. I have all kinds of things running through my mind, i didnt use DHL or anything i used express mail from the post office. For me im not even sure if it made it to the correct address, but my way of thinking is if it was sent to an incorrect address it would have been returned to me. Once again thanks for everyone's support. Luis sorry for jumping on your post here but i am feeling anxious as well as you. For me im ready to wait as i know that is the proccess but i want to get my feet wet.

Thanks

JOe

I am hoping for Friday for you two. Sending you both best wishes for a quick process.

Jpine, I´m actually the one that usually posts here, Laura, Luis only comes on rarely.

But we think exactly like you. We didn´t send a personal check, but a money order, so we can´t really check if it´s been processed or not, but we did send our application registered, and it´s been over a week since they received, and 2 weeks since we sent the application, so yes, for NOA2 I know we´ll have lots of waiting to do, but I wanted at least the NOA1 to run by faster, so we know our application has been opened and is sitting on someone´s desk for viewing.

I´m starting to get nervous now, both of us are checking Luis´s e-mail every hour or so, and we´re getting fearful that our process, although going through Vermont, won´t be a piece of cake like the others.
