Timelines here state that NOA1 usually takes 8 days. In that count is it included weekends or just business days? 'Cus if it includes weekends, I'm gonna start getting anxious about mine. :help:

EDIT: UPS did say the application was delivered last Friday.

Dec. 25, 2005 - Went to Phils to meet her the first time

January 7, 2006 - Mailed I-129F to Nebraska Service Center.

January 27, 2006 - Received NOA1.

April 18, 2006 @1859 cst - NOA2 - APPROVED!

July 15, 2006 - Packet 4 received

September1, 2006 - Medical

September 8, 2006 - Interview - APPROVED!

October 15, 2006 - Arrived in USA

November 4, 2006 --- WEDDING!!!

April 20, 2007 - Mailed AOS

May 18, 2007 - Biometrics

July 26, 2007---GREEN CARD!(no interview)

April 13, 2009 - Mailed I-751 for Removal of Conditions

May 5, 2009 - NOA (extension approved)

May 18, 2009 - Biometrics appointment arrived today-scheduled for May 29, 2009

August 13, 2009 - Approval for removal of conditions (originally delayed due to RFE)

August 20, 2009 - 10 year green card arrived in mail

June 9, 2010</ - Treygan Isaiah is born

June, 21, 2010 - My adoption of Nathan is finalized

No lawyers and no problems

the VERMONT center is one of the fastest center in aprroving pettition... you are so lucky....good luck :thumbs:

**K-1 VISA**

*07.29.05 sent package i-129f to california

*08.02.05 recveived NOA1

*10.17.05 received NOA2

*11.01.05 colombia's embassy received package

*12.05.05 interview date

*12.06.05 recieved VISA

*12.20.05 came to U.S.A!!!!

*12.28.05 applied for a Social Security

*01.05.06 received Social Security card =)

*02.11.06 married....

**AOS**

*03.01.06 sent package for AOS & EAD

*03.03.06 package arrived at unit (Chicago,il 60699)

*03.18.06 NOA1 for AOS & EAD (notice date 03.08.06)

*04.15.06 he had his Biometric taken

*04.17.06 EAD & AOS touched

*05.03.06 AOS touched again & case transfered to CALIFORNIA.

*05.12.06 EAD APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*05.16.06 AOS touched again!!!!!

*05.17.06 EAD approval notice mail it, from USCIS office...and AOS touched again....

*06.19.06 we received my husband's GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!

I´ve heard so much about Vermont being quick that I´m scared my application will get lost. :P

My wondering on the NOA1 in a week thing was that it´s been 8 days, but they received it Friday, so I didn´t know if it´s 8 days from the day they get it or 8 days total.

2-14-2006: I-129F Mailed Express

2-16-2006: TSC recieved it and signed

2-24-2006: NOA 1 recieved

2-27-2006: Check Cashed

5-01-2006: CASE APPROVED!!!!!! NOA2 by E-mail.

5-06-2006: NOA2 by Mail!!!!!!!

5-17-2006: NVC Recieved The Case!!!

5-19-2006: Left The NVC And Was Sent To Consulate..Mumbai, India!!!!!

5-25-2006: Consulate Recieved The Case

6-01-2006: Downloaded Packet 3 was Sent to the Consulate

6-04-2006: Packet 3 was Recieved by the Consulate.

6-08-2006: Packet 3 was recieved at home sent by Consulate

OH well we also sent our petition in Vermont on March 28 and until now we havent received our NOA1.Hope you will receive your soon!! And hope too that we will receive our this week!!!
