My thoughts are also with you. So many touches... and no approval. I would keep on your congressman/senator. This needs to be fixed.

yes, we sent everything right, they just say that we have to wait, that our case is with some officer that will make the decision now. But how long we will wait yet?? We will call senators´offices tomorrow to find out what they are doing with it. I hope that they will actually help us.

I hope you get approved soon Nerdette. It is approaching 90 days since you returned the RFE!! IMHO that is just too long.

OMG!! I too understand what you are going through. No you are not the only April filer left behind. We also filed in April and still waiting for our approval but we are not getting touched like you. At least you know that someone is doing something with your case. We haven't been touched ever since the received our reponse and we also passed the 60 days for RFEs. We called them on friday and they said that they did a service request and if we dont hear anything until Jan 3rd we should call again and they will do an other service request. We are not gone wait that long, we will send a letter to our Senator today and see what they can do. I wish you all the best and hope you will get your approval very soon. You are in my prayers.

I do not understand what CSC is doing. Your approvals for your application should be released. OMG its way overdue and you need to have some peace in your minds. I am continuing to pray for the both of you. ITS TIME USCIS !! I have never dealt with such people like USCIS.. Its just an unfair process... I would definately pressure your Senators because they need to do their job and get your approvals. GOOD LUCK and hugs to you both!!!
