10/05/2006 filled :)

05/03/2007 interview -> AP -> hell -> AP -> 9 months of AP Hell - 2 home visits :(

01/26/2008 visa in hand with a typo :(

02/03/2008 2 weeks more of waiting.... Visa in hand...... :)

2/20/2008 on US soil :)

2/21/2008 marriage :)

03/12/2008 Sent AOS/Work/Travel

03/16/2008 shows delivered chicago

4/12/2008 check cashed :)

5/11/2006----Sent I129F.

6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/22/2006----NVC recieved our petition.

8/23/2006----NVC sent our petition to Cairo Embassy.

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

Hi everyone..I just wanted to share that I just got my NOA2 notice...via email..to say the NOA2 mailed on 12-7..I can't believe it...after nearly 6 months some good news...and you know the time I waited is forgotten now..........okay so now comes the fun times w/Cairo.....

thank you to each and everyone one of you...who have all offered support either directly or indirectly...I thank you all..........and Im sure I will need all of the help I can get to make it out of Cairo sane............ :dance:

:dance::dance::dance: Alright CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance: Another person to celebrate with. AHmed and I just got ours on the 2nd of December. So lets enjoy Cairo together.....hehehehe. :thumbs: Maybe we can all keep eachother sane. Either that are we will go insane together. Looooooooooooool (L) Good Luck to us and may we both have speedy results from here on. Take care keeep in touch.

I hear ya...there are a few of us..heading to Cairo right at the same time...I could use any help I can get to remain sane...I am pretty good in maintaining a positive outlook..its just the way I am...probably why I am a social worker...anywho...lets keep in touch...and Cairo be easy on us newbies...lol!!

That is wonderful....... :thumbs: Mine reached Cairo on 12-17-2007 and when I called the number to check they also said Packet 3 had been sent out already to. So hopefully after the feast both of our SO will have Packet 3 in hand. We have gotten alot of ours done before hand thanks to all the wonderful info here on VJ. If I can help in anyway let me know. Maybe our SO will be on the same plane to USA. Good Luck Girl!!!! Keep me posted.

I just wanted to share that our case is in Cairo this date...and Cairo emailed me packet 3 instructions...when I opened it up I was like huh?! So we are well on our way.....

now I am prepared to sit back and enjoy this ride..or at least try to have some patience...those of you ahead of me..feel free to chime in some advice...:) and thanks to each and everyone one of you that have offered ur support and encouragement...it is so appreciated!!!
