The answers to your question will be the same as the last two times you asked this question:

and

If you are not satified with these answers, perhaps its time to invest some money in consulting with an immigration attorney, or make an Infopass with the local USCIS office for advice.

Immigrations is in a secure location of the airport that is accessible only by people arriving into the country by airplane.

If you are near the land border with Canada or Mexico, you can make a visit to the foreign country, and re-enter the USA.

There is no visa requirement for a person from the UK to enter Canada.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

USCIS doesn't deal with visas. What you need is the Customs and Border Patrol. You're on your own though. Pissing in everybody's cornflakes is not the kind of foreplay that gets them eager to help you.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Of course you can drive! As soon as you approach the US boarder, the agent will ask you your citizenship and for your passport. They will then direct your vehicle to another building where they will process you. This would happen whether or not you have a K1 visa in your passport. Unless you have a valid I-94 in your passport. Which you do, but in telling them that you wish to validate your K1, they will accomodate you. I do wonder though how the 90 day clock is affected since they typically will not issue another I-94 if you have one with time still left on it?

My fiance has visited me in the US via Canada several times and that's how it always works. He came to the US with me driving over the Peace Bridge from Ft. Erie, CA to Buffalo, NY. I assume that the other POEs would be the same.

You have posted this question 3 times now, and in NONE of them did you even acknowledge that you read the information provided to you.

The answer that you got in this post was given to you in the previous two...it's not like new information is being given here.

Julez was simply directing you to those threads, which was super helpful IMO.

You can drive and re-enter.

Best of luck.

A. I was NOT pissing in your cornflakes.

B. I understand your problem very well, and did, in fact, give you an aswer to your problem. An answer, incidentally, that was given to you in the previous threads you started.

C. Yes, you have an I-94, I am aware of that since you couldn't legally be present in the US without it, as a citizen of the UK. My only rumination relative to that point was whether or not the CPB would provide you with a new I-94 with an additional 90 days in which to get married, or if they would keep the intial I-94 and only allow you until that date to get married. I can't see any reason for them to not activate your K1 visa.
