I started my case last jan, but we took a ¨break¨ (thought I would rather live in mexico than wait, I was desperate!) but now we are starting where we left off. I used to read this post all the time and it helped tons. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what I can expect now that we are waiting for the DS230. Our interview will be in juarez.

thanks, becki

:P this was supposed to be posted in the NVC case started in Jan thread!!! I guess I have to get used to all this agian!

I thought NVC cancels your case if you dont respond to them for a year. Are you sure, NVC accepted your IV fee ( increased recently to $380)?

Hope you don't have to go through this Process all over again.>

Good Luck.

I thought the case was cancelled too but when I talked to a NVC rep she reassured me all I needed was to pay the fee and everyhthing looked fine. But I am slightly neurotic when it comes to all this so I still worry it wont work.
