hello everyone! I just want to know if the approval of K1 visa will not take so long if we send the needed document they need? :help:

Sorry. There really is no way to tell if your K1 process will go fast or slowly. Even if you send everything they need, too many factors can affect the outcome. Keep reading threads in some of the other forums too. They can help. Good Luck

WE SUBMITTED EVERYTHING THE POSSIBLE DOCUMENTS IN USCIS BUT WE STILL WAIT FOR TO LONG BUT AT LEAST YOU CANNOT GET ANY REF.

well, Vermont is usually working a bit faster so i don't think it will delay it for too long

how long ago did you sent your documents in?

It took me 167 days out of Vermont Service Center to get to NOA2. I don't think they are as fast as they once were, so don't bank on that happening. This process is unpredictable. Actually, you can predict one thing, you're gonna wait and they aren't going to tell you for how long.

mailed AOS, EAD, AP: 8-22-2008

NOA AOS, EAD, AP: 8-27-2008

Biometrics: 9-18-2008

AOS Transferred to CSC: 9-25-2008

Requested EAD Expedite: 11-12-2008

EAD Card production ordered: 11-12-2008 changed to 11/17/2008 Why? (I hope it doesn't change every week!)

Received AP: 11/17/2008

Received EAD: 11/22/08 (Praise God!!)

AOS RFE: 1/29/2009

AOS Approved: 3/24/2009

Called USCIS 4/1/2009 told no status change and case not yet reviewed from RFE request.

Received green card: 4/3/2009

yeah..i checked the timelines a couple of days ago...it seems like i chose the best period of the year to submit mine...i got it in march...now it seems like it's just as bad as anywhere..you're totally right
