I have just recieved an email saying

On December 6, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

But i cant check the online case since they are having matience problems. Does this mean everything is approved and that i do not have to mail back any additional information? I did not recieve any mail in the postal yet, just this email.

I was just curious if step 1 is complete?? Whats next now??

I means it has been approved without any Requests for further evidence. Now it will go to the NVC and form there it will go to the Consulate at the embassy. You will then receive Packet 3 and then packet 4. It is a good idea to go ahead and start your AOS affadavit of Support if you have not. You can find that under the downloads section here with instructions. Also there are some items on your I-129F instructions that say what to send your Fiancee once the petition is approved. If you have not done this now is the time to do it. Congratulations!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

So I can start gathering all the information now and mail all the stuff to my soon to be fiance.

Once she receives it, Then what? Will she have to schedule her own interview or will they contact her? How does that work??

Also when should i contact NVC? Does USCIS automatically send over my info to them and will NVC contact me anyway to let me know that my background check is ok? How does that work??
