One more question, while I wait to file for I 751 , Can I file for US citizenship before that as we will celebrate our 2nd year marriage anniversary in february 2008. I heard one can apply for citizenship after 3 year of marriage, correct?

thanks again

You can also find form I-751 and its instructions here. You can file them by yourself, without the help of a lawyer.

Thanks for all the info.

Thank you so much for all the info!

I got a message letting me know the PR card was ordered today. How long will it take to be received?

Also as soon as I receive my PR card I plan on moving residence for couple of months either for studying or finding new jobs opportunity in other states. Is it considered to be changing his residence and do I have to inform my new residence every time I move?

Do Immigration services have access to SSN to trace you where you work where you live? My wife is fine with my projects as long I return home from time to time? Is it going to be an issue when filling for I 751 ?

thank you for sharing your experiences w/ me
